Aho Coaching & Mentoring

Transforming Teacher & Leadership Presence

Aho Signature Coaching & Mentoring Programs build upon ‘Knowing oneself” as foundational to Becoming a Teacher & Being a Leader within the ECE Profession.

Our vision for the Teaching Profession is to ensure the education sectors are interconnected, valued and responsive to local, national and global issues, Aho Education is committed to Reimagining the World of Education with a priority on developing the Image of Teacher Identities and the Rights of a Professional Teacher as critical components for Professional Learning and Development offered to teaching staff whether you are a new entry level teacher to middle management or governing with an executive stance

Aho’s signature Coaching and Mentoring programs use ontological tools to inquire, explore and discover with teachers and/or leaders the source of their power, this power lies within us all, each unique being; their mana motuhaketanga.

Teacher self efficacy, awareness and authentic practice are interwined with performance, satisfaction and gaining a strong sense of fulfilment in their work without it teachers and leaders experience a lack of motivation, desire or will that leads to burnout and resignation.

Aho Coaches and Mentors are accredited, skilled ontological coaches and pedagogical mentors who facilitate deep inquiry into Teacher & Leader Identities for professional growth that inspires a cyclic journey of coming to know and mastering oneself.

As thought leaders in the ECE education sector, we develop bespoke innovative professional learning solutions based upon the Ontology of Listening and Being in relationship with oneself and others in the World. We offer unique professional learning & development workshops that includes co-constructed professional goals and outcomes for individual and teams.

As a transformational organisation, we co-create professional growth cycles with education settings guiding and actively participating in the process of continuous improvement for high quality outcomes for all stakeholders.
